Lucky draw questions

Can one person win more than once?

In participant raffle mode, winners are excluded from later draws in the same session. Prize-wheel mode does not track participant identities, so it cannot prevent the same person from spinning again.

How do prize-wheel probabilities work?

When no-win is enabled, unused probability becomes the no-win chance. When disabled, every spin wins and the entered probabilities act as relative weights. Wheel segments are always equal in size.

Is the participant list uploaded?

No. Lists, settings, and draws are processed in your browser.

Can I draw numbers instead of names?

Yes. Enter it in Name or Number; values such as 008 are preserved.

Can I prepare the draw in Excel?

Yes. Download the configuration template for your chosen mode, fill in its worksheets, and import the Excel file. Participant raffle templates include the list, prizes, and fullscreen settings; prize-wheel templates include prizes, draw settings, and fullscreen settings.

Can I export the winners and reuse the setup?

You can export winning records as CSV. Export the current configuration separately to reuse the participants, prize settings, and fullscreen design for another event.
